This couple’s dreamy Olowalu Plantation House wedding in Maui was, well, a dream. The venue, just south of downtown Lahaina, is nestled on the gorgeous western shore of the Hawaiian island of Maui and hosted the California couple’s closest friends and family for a stellar weekend of festivities. The rain kept its distance, the wind was a little crazy but also kept guests cool, and the catered coconuts during cocktail hour were pretty freakin’ fantastic — a distinctly Hawaiian touch.
The bride herself designed the reception details, incorporating tropical greenery in both the ceremony and reception decor, and shibori-dyed indigo table linens by Warp & Weft. The fabulous Lena of Belle Destination Events executed everything to perfection, and Rhianna and I have officially decided that coming back to Maui every year or so to document tropical wedding celebrations is fine by us.
And can we TALK about the groom’s dark green suit?! #stylegoals
